How the Program Works

FitFever Summer Fit is a smart combination of structure and flexibility.

Fixed Small Group Training (max. 8 people)

In the first phase, these sessions form the foundation. You train with people who share the same goal, under guidance, and learn how to build up safely and effectively.

We offer three fixed moments per week — you choose what fits your schedule:

Independent Training With Your Personal Plan

In addition to group sessions, you receive a personal training plan. This allows you to train extra when it suits you, without having to guess what to do.

Check-ins: Short, Practical, and Motivating

You have fixed check-in moments to discuss progress, make adjustments, and stay focused.

This is often the difference between “I’m trying” and “I’m sticking with it.”

Personal Training is included in every package. During these 1-on-1 sessions, your trainer guides you personally so you start strong, learn proper technique, and get the most out of your 12 weeks.
