What is KickStart?

KickStart includes:

  • A comprehensive intake consultation
  • 1 Personal Training session
  • A personalized training plan for 3 months

During the intake, we discuss your goals, training history, any injuries or physical limitations, and your lifestyle. Based on this, we create a plan that truly fits you.

Intake & Personal Analysis

We begin with a comprehensive intake conversation in which we map out your situation. We discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any injuries or physical limitations.
Based on this, we create a personal plan that is safe, realistic, and achievable. We always take into account what your body needs so you can train responsibly and become stronger step by step.

Step 2

Personal Training Kick-Off

After the intake, you will have a one-on-one personal training session. During this session, we go through your entire training plan together. You will learn how to perform the exercises correctly, receive guidance on technique and posture, and understand why you are doing specific movements.
This way, you don’t start with uncertainty — but with confidence. You’ll know exactly what to do when training independently.

Step 3

Your  Training Plan

You will receive a personalized training schedule for three months. During this period, you train two to three times per week using the same program. This repetition is intentional: it creates structure, improves technique, and leads to visible progress.
By training consistently with a clear plan, you build strength, endurance, and self-confidence. You get to know your body better and notice that training becomes more natural over time.

The Goal of KickStart

KickStart is not only about achieving results in three months. The goal is that afterwards, you can continue independently. That you have built a routine, understand how to train properly, and walk onto the gym floor with confidence.

You are no longer dependent on temporary motivation, but working from structure and knowledge.
